• The institutional capacity of İŞKUR provincial directorates was improved to deliver better public employment services in 43 provinces via the “Model Offices” approach,
• Labour Market Information System of İŞKUR was enhanced,
• Guidance services of İŞKUR regarding job, vocation, career and public employment services were developed,
• Better functioning of the Provincial Employment and Vocational Training Boards was ensured in order to conceive, implement and monitor tailor-made employment policies,
• Access to the services of İŞKUR was increased,
• Policymaking capacity of MoLSS, İŞKUR and social partners regarding employment issues was raised.
