Background and Context

This project aims to contribute to implementing the 2019 – 2022 National Employment and Skills Strategy (NESS) action plan of Albania. The implementation of this action plan will help strengthen the capacities of Albania’s Ministry of Finance and Economy and its subordinated institution (National Agency for Employment and Skills (NAES))

Concrete results and outputs

WEglobal will provide the services including, but not necessarily limited to:

• Design, deliver and monitor high-quality employment programmes and services targeted to unemployed job seekers’ needs, as per the new service model.
• Support the development of a medium-term plan for vocational education providers and training and developing mechanisms to improve strategic planning, improve VET quality, and measure VET policies’ impact.
