BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT

The implementation of effective monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) are vital to the success of all programs. In this regard, the purpose of the project was to provide accountability to their stakeholders through information sharing and developing complaints or feedback mechanism which can help to guide program implementation.

CONCRETE RESULTS AND OUTPUTS

Within the program, the MEAL system enabled the tracking of progress, made adjustments, discovered unplanned effects of the program, measured success and judged the impact that has been made on the lives of workers. • Concepts, methods, and tools were increased through trained team members of Al-Sham Humanitarian Foundation on MEAL. • Knowledge and skills of participants were increased. • MEAL system was established and regulated with all required forms at Al-Sham Humanitarian Foundation. • Projects and activities were conducted through a robust and user-friendly MEAL system • The image of the Al-Sham Foundation enhanced projects’ quality and its results.
