BACKGROUND AND CONTEXT

This initiative's overall objective is to enhance the competitiveness of Kosovo's digital and traditional businesses by supporting the growth of Kosovo's Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector, paving the way for growth and new job creation. The project aims to bridge the digital and business skills gap in a sustainable manner that meets the market's needs, increases Kosovo's digital and traditional businesses' competitiveness and improves Kosovo's export potential businesses harnessing the full potential of digital technologies.

CONCRETE RESULTS AND OUTPUTS

The project is focused on providing training and courses on ICT, Digital Skills and Business management. The following courses and events will be provided: Courses: • Training of Trainers • ICT and Digital Skills • Business Training Courses International and Domestic Business Cooperation Events: • Design and organise three specialised B2B export promotion services events. • Design and organise 45 events in 7 centres for Kosovo ICT businesses to present their work to other Kosovo businesses interested in increasing their exports and digitalising their business processes. • Organise three ICT conferences, including an annual ICT conference presenting the latest ICT trends and ICT businesses’ success.
